While we at My Blog Guest are all for selective and high-quality approach to guest blogging, we do realize the process can and should be scaled. And we have built a few tools to help you to!

>>>Attention! If you have any ideas on how we can be more help and can think of more tools, please share your ideas in the comments!<<<

1. Guest Blogging Watch List

It happens very often that you come across a valuable connection, you love the blog and would be thrilled to contribute for it, but right now you just can’t afford the time.

Watchlist

MyBlogGuest watchlist is there to help. It stores all your contacts, allows to tag them and the search them.

>>>It allows you to organize your guest blogging contacts by status and tags.<<<

But the most valuable feature of the tool is that it can remind you of what you were planning to do. Just set the alert date when adding the contact to the watch list and when the day comes, you will get the reminder in your email inbox:

watchkist alert

…as well as to the main forum interface:

watchlist alert

Never forget to write that guest post!

2. Email Subscriptions

We have quite a few subscription options here to allow users to keep updated on what is going on here.

There you will be able to see the following sections:

  1. Weekly Activity Summary alert (weekly email alert listing most recent forum threads, articles in the Article Gallery and blogs)
  2. Your current subscriptions by category;
  3. Your current Article Gallery subscriptions
  4. Your current forum subscriptions

Subscriptions

If you play with subscriptions options a bit, you will never miss any relevant guest posting opportunity again!

Happy productive guest blogging!

Pretty cool features. Didn't know about the contact manager (Watchlist) so will have to take a look. Love all the improvements since the launch – keep it up Ann & team!

Great service!!! I have seen many bloggers are still confused with scaling and organize the blog. This is the problem. Many use the wrong procedure for this purpose. I can see that My Guest Blog has really given a good attention on such issues. Thank you for informing me the amazing service.
